Delivery costs for the items will be calculated at the check-out. We normally ship the items in 5 days; and shipment takes additional 2 to 9 days. In most cases you will receive a shipment confirmation including a tracking number after we ship the package.
Customers are responsible for all international duties upon arrival. Please check your local government agency for these costs.
If you are unhappy with your order, you can return the items up to 14 days after you receive the items. You will also be responsible for returning the items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs (Please be advised that international shipments are higher compared to domestic ones). Please note we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org first before you ship the item.
Some manufacturers does not accept returns due to hygiene issues. In this case you will see the necessary information on the product page under the description.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We can only process the refund if we succesfully receive the item.
